1. When users of shrink packaging machine need to use 380V power supply, the cross section of three-phase four-wire, four-pin plug and power cord should be greater than 6mm2. The neutral line must be connected to the machine, otherwise the machine cannot be operated. (Note that the zero line must be connected) If the machine is a 220V power supply, a three-pin plug, the cross section of the power cord should be greater than 4mm2, and the chassis must be reliably grounded to start the operation.
2. Divided into upper and lower heating chambers, there is a group of fixed heating electric pipes in the upper and lower chambers, and another group of electric heating pipes with adjustable temperature.
3. The temperature of the shrinking chamber of the shrink packaging machine should be controlled below 230 ° C (6-7 gears), and the conveying speed should be controlled below 6-7 gears. If over-temperature and over-speed operation, it will cause premature aging of the circuit, life of electrical components, and machine The service life will be reduced.
4. The bottom of the shrink packaging machine should maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions to prevent overheating of electrical components.
5. The shrink packaging machine has been used for more than three months, check the aging of the wires in the shrink room, and replace as appropriate.
6. When the packaging material passes through the workshop, try to put it in the middle, so as not to damage the quartz tube.
