According to the National Standard of the People's Republic of China No. 13 (No. 153) published in 2009, the national standard "Shrink Packaging Machine" (GB/T24709-2009) was released on November 15, 2009 and July 1, 2010. Formally implemented. This standard is formulated by the National Packaging Machinery Standardization Technical Committee.
The standard stipulates the terms and definitions, types, types and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for shrink packaging machines. The standard is applicable to all types of shrink packaging machines that use heat shrinkable film for shrink packaging, except for flame heating, used in medicine, food, daily chemical, fine chemicals, building materials, stationery, hardware appliances, tobacco and other industries.
The standards mainly include the following: structure type classification of shrink packaging machine, temperature adjustment range, heating performance requirements of heating device, temperature and thermal stability of the drying tunnel, heat recovery performance requirements, temperature error control requirements in the drying tunnel, temperature requirements outside the drying tunnel, and thin film Sealing and cutting length error requirements, requirements for damaged rate of packaged materials, requirements for package qualified rate, and materials and components for shrink packaging machines, appearance quality, electrical safety, and safety protection requirements; and test methods for various performance indexes are also specified.
After the implementation of the national standard "Shrink Packaging Machine" (GB/T24709-2009), it will provide equipment production companies and related parties with the production basis for shrink packaging machines and the criteria for measuring equipment quality, and will guide and regulate the domestic shrink packaging machine industry. The development of this type of equipment will have positive significance in improving the generalization, serialized production and economic benefits of such equipment and will promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
