Safety instructions for use of winding packaging machine

1. When the machine is in normal use, regularly check whether each connecting part of the winding machine packaging machine is loose or falling off. If so, be sure to tighten it.
2. It is forbidden to move or remove the upper and lower fixed limit blocks.
3. The rotary table of the machine should run clockwise.
4. It is forbidden to stand or stack any objects under the membrane system.
5. When the roll of the film system is rotating, it is strictly forbidden to reach inward or put other objects into it to prevent damaging the rubber roll or fingers.
6. It is strictly prohibited to put your hand near the chain for maintenance or inspection or other operations during operation to prevent hand injury.
7. When the machine is running, the operator should stand at a safe place at a certain distance from the rotary table. When a working process of the machine is completed and stopped, the operator should approach the machine again to prevent the goods from scattering and hurting people. If necessary, the safety isolation net should be installed (self prepared or otherwise customized).
8. It should be firmly grounded or connected to zero (the zero ground should not be mixed) to prevent electric leakage from damaging the machine or personnel.
9. When the machine is moved to its original position, it should be reinstalled and tested by professional personnel, and it can be used only after its safety performance.
10. Regularly check the electrical and electrical connection, and clean the electrical cabinet.
