How to Use Case Erecting Loading and Sealing Machine?

1. Set up the machine: First, make sure that the machine is properly set up and connected to a power source. Adjust the machine settings according to the size and shape of the cases you will be using.

2. Load the cases: Place the flat cases onto the loading area of the machine. The machine will automatically pick up the cases and form them into an upright position.

3. Load the product: Once the cases are in position, load the products into the cases. The machine will automatically adjust the height of the cases to accommodate the products.

4. Seal the cases: Once the cases are loaded, the machine will automatically fold and seal the top flaps of the cases. The sealed cases will then be discharged from the machine.

5. Monitor the machine: While the machine is in operation, monitor it to ensure that it is running smoothly and that there are no jams or other issues.

6. Maintain the machine: Regularly clean and maintain the machine to ensure that it continues to function properly. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintenance and repair.
