How to Use Auto Strapping Machine?

1. Prepare the Strapping Material: First, prepare the strapping material by loading it onto the Strapping Machine. Make sure that the strapping material is properly aligned and that there are no twists or tangles.

2. Adjust the Tension: Next, adjust the tension of the strapping material according to the size and weight of the product being strapped. This will ensure that the strapping is tight enough to secure the product, but not so tight that it damages the product.

3. Position the Product: Position the product to be strapped in the center of the strapping machine. Make sure that the product is properly aligned and that there is enough clearance for the strapping material to pass around it.

4. Activate the Machine: Once the product is properly positioned, activate the strapping machine. The machine will automatically feed the strapping material around the product and tighten it to the desired tension.

5. Cut the Strapping: Once the strapping is tight, the machine will automatically cut the strapping material. The product is now securely strapped and ready for transport.

6. Repeat: If you have multiple products to strap, repeat the process for each one.
