The key components that affect the performance of the winding film packaging machine mainly include the film frame motor, transmission chain, rotary table and other parts.
There are two types of film frame motors on the market: DC motor and AC motor. The DC motor has the advantages of fast response, soft strength, not easy to break the film, not heating, stability, and power saving. However, due to the high cost, it is difficult to control the DC motor technically, so only those manufacturers of winding machines with great strength will choose DC motor.
The transmission chain is generally divided into single chain and double chain. The double chain transmission is much better than the single chain in terms of equipment operation stability and balance.
The rotary table mainly pays attention to the factors such as the thickness of the rotary table, the diameter of the sprocket, and the material of the supporting roller. According to our survey, large manufacturers generally use the configuration of the rotary table with a thickness of 10cm, the diameter of the sprocket with 80 teeth, and the material of the supporting roller with high-quality nylon, and the quality is guaranteed. In order to reduce costs, some manufacturers will choose the roller with the thickness of 8CM, the diameter of 50 teeth, 60 teeth, plastic or inferior nylon material to replace the roller. The product quality is not guaranteed, and the later maintenance costs will be greatly increased.
