Increasing investment in research and development, expanding the introduction of high-tech talents, increasing research and development of new technologies and products, accelerating the process of modularization, serialization and standardization of the industry, and improving the technical level and construction process of basic parts and supporting parts are important tasks that need to be urgently promoted at this stage.
